A very happy birthday to Ken Loach, legendary filmmaker and supporter of the #DurhamMinersGala.
Ken is pictured speaking at the 2017 Big Meeting, and giving the reading @durhamcathedral during last year’s Gala.
This is undoubtedly one of the most ridiculous #pmqs performances by a British PM I’ve ever seen.
This isn’t funny it’s not comical!!
@BorisJohnson needs to take responsibility and cease this ever increasing blustering buffoonery.
Proud to have played a small part in all this. @LauraPidcockMP is such a great representative of her constituency, of @UKLabour & our movement. RT this, as it’s a brilliant snapshot of what’s she’s done & her 🔥 attitude to the whole thing. Need more people blowing the doors off.
Deeply saddened to learn that Jeremy Hardy died this morning. As well as a brilliantly intelligent comedian, Jeremy was a campaigner for social justice, who supported and raised funds for the miners during the strike.
Jeremy is pictured visiting us @RedhillsDurham last year.
Massive heart-felt thanks to everyone who came and everyone involved. What an atmosphere! Bloody great venue, great sound and fantastic people at @TheLanternHX
We're all totes emosh bout the whole thing x
