feeling your pain this morning. we were on that same flight. when i tried to re-book online the system would error out. It did take over 75 min to get someone on the phone to even attempt to re-book - ridiculous! missing Easter with my family :(

@SpiritAirlines You just cancelled my flight within 3 hours of departure. For absolutely no good reason. It's clear weather on both sides. You just ruined the family DISNEY trip. WHY????? Oh, and it's a 90 minute hold time to talk to someone.
