Why do Media types think that everyone should answer to them. Geeta Guru Murphy, lambasting and interrupting an Israeli Officer, with her views, on the midday news. Please stick to reporting the news. We can do without your take on it,
@KemiBadenoch Nothing will be done about the Welfare Bill. MPs are reporting stories of suicides among the disabled, and calling anyone who objects to the Bill, heartless. Labour declines to say how it will be paid for. The poor taxpayer will have to pay, yet again.
@CatharineHoey If you think thats bad, you should try Channel 4 News. They dont let a person get a word in edgewise, if it doesnt agree with their (often biased) view.
Just watched Question Time. Fiona Bruce constantly interrupted the Panelists, insisting that they answer HER questions. Please get another Presenter for this program, we have heard her views time and again.
Enough!!
The Government has announced, with great fanfare, that they will give free school meals to 500,000 more children.
I would point out that ‘the Government’ are not giving anything. The cost of this will be borne by the Taxpayer
@johnredwood We wouldn’t need so much water, if we were not importing so many people each day. We have been warned about this numerous times in the past, but Governments have chosen to ignore it. There are problems with the sewage system as well.
It was noticeable on Question Time last night, that the ‘mixed’ audience in Dulwich applauded the Labour Minister, and not once the Tory one. These audiences are never impartial, nor is Fiona Bruce, who always interupts. QT is not worth listening to any more
I was sorry to hear that the Government is giving away the Chagos Islands, despite an appeal from some Chaggosians, trying to protect their homeland. To add insult to injury the UK taxpayer is being forced to pay for their decision. Disgusting!
Why am I not overwhelmed to hear that ‘Britain is back on the World Stage’. I would rather hear that Britain is properly addressing the problems here in the UK, but that would be too hard for the present Government.
Question Time was intolerable again this week. What with Fiona Bruce’s constant interruptions, and Sandra Sodha‘s long rants. Lots of rowdy arguing, and trying to outdo each other
The so called ‘impartial’ audience from Aldershot, applauded Labour, every chance they got.
Just had to stop watching Question Time again. Somebody called Jo Grady was insufferable, and Fiona Bruce was constantly interrupting. The audience was allowed to make long statements expressing their opinions. Not worth my TV licence.
Just watching the emergency Parliament debate on Scunthorpe Steel. It seems to me, so far, that its all about scoring points over the other Party, than about the subject. Full of jeering and sneering ,as usual.
What a turnoff!
John Healey MP has just promised another £450 million for Ukraine. Back slapping all round. They forget the money will come from the taxpayer, who has no say, and wonders when will it all end.
Smart arse guy Paul McNamara, Channel 4 News, was interviewing Kemi Badenoch on the news tonight.
Im happy to report that Kemi was more than a match for him,and stayed calm during his unpleasant remarks.
At the launch of the local Council elections today, Kier Starmer said ‘Labour Councils save you money’.
I don't think he has asked the people of Birmingham. They may have a different view.
Ive just switched off Question Time on BBC. One would think that Fiona Bruce was on the panel, with her constant interruptions and questions. We know her views. We tune in to hear the views of the panel. She should desist!
I just watched Political Thinking with Nick Robinson interviewing Rishi Sunack, and I couldn’t help wishing that Rishi was still our Prime Minister. Rishi made mistakes, but the present incumbent doesn't inspire me
