@thetimes I've been to 4 different shops this morning and cannot seem to find a Sunday Times that has the Good University Guide 2024 booklet inside it. Retailers all say that they are selling the paper with the supplements as provided. I live in Bury St Edmunds. Can you help?

@AskeBay But they were just tried on - no visual difference or damage or evidence- bonkers!!! eBay need to make it clear if this is the case…..consumer law states that trying in is acceptable if you have not had the opportunity to do so before purchase.

@AskeBay I bought 2 pairs (for choice of size) of authenticated Nike trainers from eBay. I just got a call from Ebay to say that the return has been refused as the shoes had been TRIED ON!!! so considered "used" I am now down £330!! They were tried on for 1min on carpet!! 🤯1/

My advice do not buy authenticated designer shoes from @eBay_UK @ebay if you wish to be able to try them on!

2/ Nowhere on your return terms does it talk about "tried on" only "used" items. Is it not reasonable to expect shoes to be tried on? they were tried on inside on carpet for less than 1 minute!!! I chose to buy from eBay so I would have more consumer protection I was wrong!!!
