Took my Model 3 to Tesla Thousand Oaks yesterday for a windshield replacement. They had the AUDACITY to loan me a current gen Model 3 so I can experience the latest tech and FSD capabilities.
Fast service, great staff AND loaning me a brand new car? Preposterous!
If you’re going to establish a base on the moon and eventually send “people” to Mars to establish a presence, do we really think any of this would be feasible with actual human beings that require food, water and other life sustaining necessities?
Do you know what doesn’t need any of that?
@Tesla Optimus.
When I lived in Japan I noticed Toyota and Nissan were also in the rental car business. Kind of a no brainer for them, I suppose.
Would be cool if Tesla did the same. I travel a lot for work and I would much rather rent a Tesla. Even better because I’d be able to load my own driver profile.
I’ve really gotten into running over the last month. It’s working wonders for both my physical and mental health. The one unexpected aspect I’ve enjoyed is crossing paths with other runners. A quick hello and a few words of encouragement as we both push through the pain is oddly satisfying.
I should find a local run club and join.
