Today, Attorney General Ford announced the federal OIG has recertified the office’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, citing its strong record of effectiveness. Nevada ranked 1st among 11 similarly sized units with 75 fraud convictions over three years and recovered $18.5M in FY25.

ICYMI: AG Ford applauds a Sixth Circuit ruling allowing states to continue enforcing their gaming laws against Kalshi’s sports-event contracts. Previously, Nevada led a multistate brief defending states’ authority to regulate sports betting and protect their gaming laws.
