@hotelscomhelp I booked a hotel 1 month later than intended by mistake (july instead of june) so when I arrived in june at the desk I was surprised and needed to book again. Since then, I tried many times to reach you to get refunded but your service client has proven completely useless.

@lignesNetU_SNCF Bonjour, pourquoi les trains à direction de paris Montparnasse depuis l'arrêt vanves malakoff ne sont pas affichés dans la gare alors que le train passe bel et bien? Ca fait plusieurs jours de suite que cela arrive pour le train de 9h52 en direction de Montparnasse
