So I've been doing a lot of stuff IRL to get myself in a better mental state and have actual medication that works for my ADHD
I got tested and turns out ya boy has AuDHD instead
BRB having an identity crisis, but low key so much makes sense now
@NoraBlubby What's there to scream about lol, it's only to prevent using bits for incentives of IRL products.
Using stuff for audio redeems and stuff are fine
Audio is the one thing that is not a "personal preference"; it's an industry standard.
While editing for tv, commercials, social media, movies, recordings, etc the industry standard makes it so the viewer isn't put off by jarring volume differences.
Ever wonder why ads are so much louder than your tv show? Yeah, commercials purposefully break the industry standard to get your attention.
This goes for streamers or VODs/Youtube, too. If you go into a stream and you can't hear them even with full volume crank, or it's so loud the audio is distorted, you're probably going to leave.
Learning audio mixing will be the best thing you can do for your career, even if you have a good mic; it doesn't matter if you cant mix it well. The voice meter stays consistent across all platforms (OBS/SLOBS/Premiere/Final Cut/ Da Vinci/Avid) as dB (decibel) is a constant.
A tweet can't teach you everything, please research on your own, but I can help with quick questions if you have any!
