The Suspects: Six people were taken into custody, including

Allen Randolph Foltz (a former Mauldin Police officer).

The Charges: The suspects face severe charges including criminal sexual conduct with a minor, unlawful conduct toward a child, and criminal conspiracy.

Status: All six suspects appeared in bond court and were denied bond.
