NEW🚨: Newcastle Uni has updated its charter - which students have to sign - to make any “disruptive” protest worthy of a disciplinary

This is a clear attempt to ban students protesting

This includes a new clause added since July to very heavily police protest.

Not sure how this fits with article 10/11 of ECHR...
