What a fantastic morning we have had listening to Kerry McIntosh, author of ‘Rory Green- Secret Agent to the Queen’. Children from Y2 to Y6 loved listening to a reading from her book and then enjoyed asking her questions about life as an author. @orrellnewfold

Year 2 have had a wonderful day at Blue Planet Aquarium. We are on our way home with very tired but happy children. They have been superstars and have seen so many interesting creatures, but our favourites were the sharks and stingrays!

As part of our DT topic we will be making Fruit Kebabs. In preparation for this, we have been learning various cutting techniques. I wonder if your children will impress you tonight when cutting up their own meals? They were brilliant.
