There's a war going on, a new wave of Covid starting, the cost of living is rising sharply, nature is being depleted at an alarming rate and a climate crisis beckons, so what are we going to protest about? Wheelie bins!
If you're looking for a UK photography workshop, you couldn't do much better than attend one of these run by @JonGibbsPhoto. Two very different places, but both fantastic for photography and the tuition will be first class.

Another one from a cloud filled Dorset woodland, high up on the chalk hills in the north of the county.
The leaves are just starting to lose their vibrant spring greens here now, and turning to their deeper Summer hues.

@MPLandscapes @AndewAtkinson I missed the poll, but tripod for me 99% of the time for the reasons Mike says, and also the fact I don't have a very steady hand!
@AndewAtkinson It's definitely made some aspects easier. Take exposure, for example: you can see immediately what you've got and correct in the field - same with focus. Also, exposure latitude and dynamic range compared to transparency film are massively improved. 1/2
@RobBirkby Thanks Rob. I know what you mean, virtually all my photography is within 15-20 minutes of home but it does makes you think twice about even the shortest of trips!
@RobBirkby Hope you can more than dream this year!
Yes all good thanks, just starting to get next year's calendar delivered so busy with that. All good with you?
I'll be at the Major Oak woodland festival 25th and 26th June with a stall full of Sherwood Forest photography, be great to see a few of you there https://t.co/ElXzW3X8VM
Old Man of Storr.
What a morning ! We hiked up through the knee deep snow with the swirling mist and fog as we passed through the pinnacle and rocky outcrop. We got to the top and the weather really closed in but we waited it out for sunrise. I'll dig that out for tomorrow :)
