🇨🇦OTTAWA — A federal DEI consultant earning $280,000 a year told reporters Monday that Canada urgently needs “thousands more” DEI consultants to address what he called “a national DEI shortage created by a lack of DEI awareness about the need for more DEI.”

The consultant, who has never worked outside government and lists “emotional courage” as a technical skill, warned that without immediate funding, “Canada risks becoming a country where hiring is based on competence, which is obviously dangerous.”

He added:

“If we don’t expand DEI staffing now, Canadians might begin to notice the economy collapsing from everything except discrimination.”

Sources say the federal government is already preparing a $4-billion DEI expansion package, which will create five new departments, twelve new deputy ministers, and exactly zero measurable outcomes. 🟥

@reddit_lies Some files would be considered a breach of protected data if you would use an online one, acrobat does it securely on your system. I assume they didn't have access to grab a different one or they needed IT to mirror a different program to they work computer...
