Something doesn't add up.
There have been 93M tests to date. £37Bn equates to £400 per test.
Track and Trace employed around 20,000 staff. £37Bn equates to £1.85M per staff member.
These numbers make no sense.
What WAS the £37Bn spent on?... Or who?
It's not just skipping meals. It's not having enough money for heating AND food. No money for clothing and shoes either. Charity shops are shut, and whilst I know that many are expensive some are very cheap. I rely upon them for clothing and household items.
An independent Scotland would “occupy a more pronounced role from the outset.” “As the capital of enlightenment philosophy [it] boasts important universities, attracting many overseas students and launching ideas with global pulling power.” Etc. https://t.co/RLONP3Cue8
Boris Johnson given a free BBC pass as they avoid England sadly going above 100k deaths today.
Just hidden in the #COVID19 UK deaths
Wales had their 5k headlined, Scotland had their 6k headlines 2 weeks ago.
BBC and the media hiding the scale of #toryfailure#ToryShambles
Most of England seems to want Tory governments, whatever the circumstances, whatever the choices of that government. You may find this inexplicable. I find this inexplicable. But here we are. England should live with its democratic choices - but I'm disinclined to share in them.
No explanation or apology, just bluster, a few, erm, erms and little else from PM Boris Johnson as @Ianblackford_MP nails him on his reckless trip to a centre he *knew* had an outbreak Covid before he went.
