You have the perfect name for your account. What you have shown us is just how intellectually lazy and uniformed you really are. Just take a moment and really try to think this one through. You believe a $12B deficit was instant wiped out because a politician said so?? Do you have any idea what they did with "creative" accounting and public pension accounts? How about a one-time chunk of taxpayer monies from the Governor to just kick the can down the road? Add to it, your state has lost around $47B in taxpayer revenue from businesses moving to other states.

It doesn't take a lot of effort to investigate subjects like this. But it does take a willingness to want to learn. If you are okay being blissfully ignorant to how the real world works, so be it. But, don't be surprised when you wake up one day to how the real world works versus your make-believe one.
