He then drops into a prone position and remains there for roughly 20 seconds before suddenly getting up and sprinting away.

At no point in the clearest video we have seen so far is there any visible muzzle flash, recoil, or indication that a shot was actually fired from that position. The movement looks practiced. The sequence does not match the simple “random kid takes his first shot” narrative that has been pushed from the beginning.
