What makes @blastdotfun different?

As a creator, you can connect your Twitter account to your token launch. This makes it easy for people to know your token is real instead of one of the many fake ones. Sniper protection, which means only people using the launchpad site can buy. You can set rules for how much each wallet can buy during presale, so no one can grab half the supply. You can even whitelist specific wallets, give them different limits, or open up a presale just for holders of a certain NFT collection.

Another cool feature is the ability to require buyers to connect their Twitter accounts. In the future, you’ll also be able to limit sales to your followers, or people you follow.

One thing I’m really excited about is the Twitter terminal. It lets people buy, sell, and watch the chart directly from a tweet. You just click play and get the full experience without leaving Twitter, without needing any special extensions. On top of that, you can make your own referral link, share it, and earn 10% of all the volume that comes from it.

And there’s one more big feature coming soon. It will let people on other chains buy Sui memecoins from Twitter or the site with 1 click, and it’ll feel just as fast as using Sui. This will be built by @blueprintai, and I’ll leave it to them to share more when it’s ready.

This is still an experiment, and like any experiment, it might not work out. But none of the work will go to waste, everything will be open source in time (the smart contracts already are).

We had so many cooks in the kitchen that the name went from xPump to Xterm to Xctasy before finally becoming Blast. Nevertheless it was an enjoyable journey.
