@tyler_x_harris @DeptofWar I had a Cpl put up for a Bronze Star. He deserved it. Bde said "if he was an NCO he'd be approved". They gave him an ARCOM with V device. I said "He is an NCO!" The reply from the Maj I knew in Bde was "well, if he was a Sgt or higher". Unbelievable.
