Hard truth I learnt as a person with extremely high personal standards:

I almost left some tasks undone because of the way I felt, I decided against that and did it anyways. I deadass sat and finished a whole assignment in one sitting (for the first time) and the whole time i thought to myself, my future self will thank me.
I’m so glad that I did.¥

I was forced to rely on someone today and every time I rely on others I’m disappointed. People don’t manage their own lives let alone tasks for other people. I was disappointed again and I was so angry internally I couldn’t rid myself of it.
