Jamal Murray generated 0.87 points per possession as a pick and roll ball handler in the 2019-20 regular season, just barely above average. In the playoffs he bumped that to 1.07 points per possession on even higher volume. He’s been unstoppable.

Jamal Murray has flipped a switch in these playoffs as a ball handler in the pick and roll. Very smooth at changing directions, and it’s not easy to get a step on Anthony Davis like he did here. You can’t play him this high in drop coverage or you’re going to get blow by.
