10K 20K 30K = 60K and +40K for T4 for a total of 100K with a half refund system somehow for each pap weapon

5K for full tier no longer makes sense when the avg person can reach r40 no problem

BO7s r50 is equivalent to BO3s r35 which is equivalent to BO2s r25
