Having a well- balanced diet can make all the difference in your game. A balanced diet for an athlete consists of roughly 55-60% carbohydrates, 15-20% fat, and 20-25% protein.
No, we don't want you to go on some crash diet, or take out an entire food group. But we are encouraging our players to eat foods that will help provide them enough energy on game day. Food is fuel!
