@Yasartntj @joelcarty_ Not for me. I’m not religious in any way. If it’s forbidden for you then you’d have to go with one of the other ways I suggested. All work well. But as someone who doesn’t have religious restrictions, I find sitting quietly with a dog on your knee is the best therapy in the world
@joelcarty_ Cuddle a dog. They have such joy for life that you can’t help feeling better. Other than that, meditate, journal, exercise, spend time with loved ones and get outside are the main ones I use. But the doggie cuddle is by far the favourite.
4.I am too old to drive down to London and back in the day. Getting in at 3am, even when sober, is a killer when you’re in your 40s.
On that note, I’m off to recover and enjoy the sunshine. Hope you all have a good Bank Holiday 😀
3.Resilience. 1-0 up and coasting for most of the match only to concede a late equaliser which took it to penalties. It would have been easy for them to lose belief and carry that over into the pens. But they kept their heads up,believed in their ability and won on penalties.
Your mind is a garden and your thoughts are the seeds.
Choose wisely what you plant and nurture because that is what will blossom.
Always focus on positive aspects and you’ll never be short of beautiful flowers.
@JesseVids I loved it when I was younger but it’s years since I watched it so I’ve no idea if it’s as good as I remember. I can feel a family film night coming on where I traumatise my kids by making them watch it 🤣
@xaylqv I’m in my 40s. I only use it for messaging/calling my 13 year old daughter when she’s out as it’s apparently THE only way to communicate. WhatsApp is for oldies apparently 😂
@Yousef__Shadid Hi, I’m Catherine and I’m a hypnotherapist who has branched out into selling digital recordings.
I’ve just joined Twitter and only have 10 followers but I’m loving it here as I’m learning so much.
