Terry Labonte and Tony Raines were announced as the drivers for the new Hall of Fame Racing team for the 2006 season.

Labonte was scheduled to drive seven races for the team, with Raines filling out the rest of the schedule.

This was in addition to a previous deal Labonte had with Rick Hendrick to drive the No. 44 car in 10 races.
