@IrishRail And that because someone decided getting a train delayed by the usual messups to Malahide was more important than picking up passengers on the route, who all paid same fares. That's a new level of incompetent in my experience with Irish Rail, and you didn't even apologise for it!
@IrishRail So, at GCD now, loads of passengers who would have been on the 1639 left waiting for the Longford train in half an hour that will now be twice as packed as it needs to be because the first service couldn't have been held four measley minutes.
@IrishRail Imagine my shock to get to Connolly to find the Maynooth train had already left. Your bad communications have left hundreds of passengers stranded at Connolly with no clue what to do next.
@IrishRail And now after telling everyone to get on the next northbound DART, the Drogheda train, 95% empty, leaves first! You can surely do better than this.
@IrishRail Your RTI at Lansdowne Road isn't right, it said the next train going north wasn't till 1655, people left, and then a dart arrived minutes later. Basic, basic stuff not getting done right.
@IrishRail Hey, the train that just left GCD a few minutes ago, commuter train, no destination on it, the RTI said Drogheda. Was that the 1639 to Longford? Because if so a load of people waiting for that train didn't get on!
@IrishRail Might want to have a word with whoever you have driving the 1630 Maynooth train who stopped in Pelletstown and forgot to open the doors to let anyone on our off!
@IrishRail Can you please confirm when the 1639 GCD to Maynooth train will revert back to 8 carriages? It has been four for the last week and frankly feels very overcrowded and unsafe.
