📌رياض ليس وحده…

📌إذا كانت هناك إرادة حقيقية لكشف حقيقة ضياع ودائع اللبنانيين وجنى أعمارهم، فلا يجوز اختزال القضية بمحاكمة رياض سلامة وحده أو بملفات انتقائية.

📌نعم، يجب محاكمة رياض سلامة، ولكن بسرعة، وعلناً، وأمام الإعلام اللبناني والعالمي، لأن القضية لا تتعلق بعمولات بمئات ملايين الدولارات، بل بانهيار مالي مسّ ما يقارب 100 مليار دولار من أموال المودعين.

📌العدالة الحقيقية لا تبدأ ولا تنتهي بشخص واحد.

📌لا تضيعوا البوصلة. حتى عامي 2013 و2014 كانت الودائع لا تزال موجودة. ومنذ ذلك الوقت بدأ النزيف الحقيقي، وبدأت القرارات والسياسات التي أوصلت إلى ��لكارثة.

📌لذلك، لا يجوز تجاهل ملفات أساسية، منها:

📌الهندسات المالية التي نُفذت بموجب الصلاحيات التي يمنحها قانون النقد والتسليف، وهو القانون نفسه الذي يتمسك به البعض اليوم بأسنانه وأظافره.

📌القروض المدعومة التي كلفت مليارات الدولارات.

📌مليارات الدعم ومنصة “صيرفة”، ومن استفاد فعلياً منها. والأرجح هي طغمة فاسدة وليس عموم الناس كما يزعمون زوراً.

📌مراجعة حسابات المصارف، وتوزيعات الأرباح الضخمة، والمكافآت والامتيازات، وكل العمليات التي قد تكون جرت على حساب أموال المودعين

📌ملف “أوبتيموم”. وإذا كان البعض يعتبر كذباً أن القضية مجرد قيود أو ألاعيب معالجات محاسبية، وليس عمولات ب ٨ مليارات دولار، فهذا يفرض تدقيقاً أشمل في كل حسابات مصرف لبنان، لأن الثقة بالأرقام لا تُبنى على التط��ينات الخادعة بل على التدقيق المستقل. وإلا فلا ثقة بأي رقم من أرقام البنك المركزي.

📌ولمن يتشدق بأن تثبيت سعر الصرف كان ��صل المشكلة، نسأل: ماذا تفعل اليوم؟ أليس سعر الصرف مثبتاً عملياً؟ ألستم تؤيدون هذا التثبيت وتستفيدون من الاستقرار النقدي الوهمي الذي يوفره؟

📌إذا أردتم الحقيقة كاملة، فعجّلوا باستكمال التدقيق الجنائي الشامل في مصرف لبنان وعموم المصارف، ولا سيما عن الفترة الممتدة بين 2015 و2025. لا تختاروا ملفات وتتركوا أخرى. ولا تحاكموا شخصاً وتحصّنوا منظومات.

📌في قضية بحجم 100 مليار دولار، لا مكان للعدالة الانتقائية، ولا للتدقيق الانتقائي، ولا للمحاسبة الانتقائية. المطلوب كشف الحقيقة كاملة، ومحاسبة كل من شارك، أو استفاد، أو غطّى، أياً يكن موقعه.

📌هناك من يريد إبراء ذم��ه ليقول "أن رياض أصبح في قبضة العدالة". نقول لهذا : رياض يقول ويردد ويصر على ان معظم ما فعله كان بموجب قانون النقد والتسليف. هذا القانون "العفن" بات حجة عليكم وسيفضحكم عاجلاً أم آجلاً.

Parfois, l’Histoire ne s’écrit pas uniquement à travers les grands discours, les révolutions ou les marches populaires. Parfois, elle se cache dans un simple geste humain.
Je viens de suivre un beau reportage sur Julia Roberts dans le cadre du @20h30_france2 sur @FranceTV .

Peu de gens savaient qu’à la naissance de Julia Roberts en 1967, ses parents traversaient des difficultés financières et n’arrivaient pas à payer les frais de l’hôpital. Ceux qui leur sont venus en aide étaient @OfficialMLK3 et Coretta Scott King.
À cette époque, les parents de Julia Roberts avaient ouvert leur école de théâtre à Atlanta aux enfants noirs, dans une Amérique encore marquée par la ségrégation. Les King n’ont jamais oublié ce geste de dignité, de courage et d’ouverture.
Quelques années plus tard, lorsque la famille Roberts a eu besoin d’aide, Martin et Coretta King ont tendu la main, discrètement. Sans caméras. Sans discours. Sans calcul. Simplement par humanité.

Cette histoire est un rappel qu’au-delà du bruit, des divisions et des idéologies, ce qui reste vraiment, ce sont les ponts que nous construisons entre les êtres humains.
