Ask your child about the book tasting we had today at Cafe Petruso. Students had the opportunity to explore a variety of genres and create their “To Be Read” list. It was exciting to hear the chatter about favorite books and characters.

ELA students participated in a figurative language carousel. Students rotated from picture to picture as they crafted sentences using a variety of figurative language.
