@Thrasher66099 Prices are nosing over and houses are staying on the market or dropping in price. Buy power goes down as interest rises. People are done paying 400k for grannies house that needs 100k in updates. Still excessive but the last week was a move in the right direction.

Super excited to be a beta tester for Citadel Slayer and I am extremely bullish! It has that Super Nintendo "TMNT: Turtles in Time" vibe that I feel so nostalgic about. I can't wait to see what else will be implemented after the testers input. 🧍‍♂️🔫😋
