@dtx_gem Yeah it’s great stuff, I just need a lot more rice to go along with it. RE Shanghainese food, sweet and sour is a common flavor but it’s not as cloying as the American Chinese kind. And soup dumplings are one of my favorites

@dtx_gem Although if I could only have one regional Chinese cuisine, it’d still be Cantonese because Sichuan dishes often go too heavy on the salt for me lol
