Today at Gabiro Combat Training Center, President Kagame, Commander-in-Chief of the Rwanda Defence Force, addressed over 6000 officers and other ranks from the Rwanda Defence Force (RDF), the Rwanda National Police (RNP), and the Rwanda Correctional Service (RCS) as officers concluded their military career courses.

"Our history has taught us many lessons that we must build upon. Many of them involve pain and difficult times. But even with those hard moments, despite the many challenges our country and our people have faced, the most important part is that Rwanda did not disappear.

This afternoon at Urugwiro Village, President Kagame received a delegation from the Federation of Saudi Chambers of Commerce led by Chairman Hassan Alhwaizy. The delegation, which consists of over thirty business leaders in various sectors, is in Rwanda to explore investment opportunities and build partnerships between the Rwandan and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia private sectors.
