@KeTreasury@BaloziYatani AGPO is still not working, getting a certificate renewal takes more than 9 months, the telephone numbers provided for AGPO are never answered. Why can't you move the full AGPO function to Huduma Centre?
@AGPO_Ke How does AGPO certificate renewal work? I applied for a renewal over 7 months ago but this has not been renewed, been to Huduma Centre but they said they have done their part
@MyDawaApp Your services have really deteriorated in the recent past, app has been down for months and the shocker thay i got after placing an order at 7:10pm only to be told oh we don't have an insurance rider, or oh, I can't guarantee delivery today, you don't do that to a child waiting..

@ntvkenya How about the ardhisasa system that is supposed to be digital, but every step requires "an officer" to action, but these officers are never available.

@StanChartKE I see charges on my mpesa transfers to mobile numbers on my diva account, these charges were never there even before covid, is this a mistake? 1200 ledger fee is already too much on top of these new charges

@KenyaPower_Care why have I received less tokens for the same amount one week apart?
Last week 500 Bob got me 45 units, today the same amount translates to 19 units and even more shocking is that only 250 out of the 500 has gone to tokens, the other 250 is taxes!!!!!
@KenyaPower_Care I got my meter changed on 2nd of September due to fast depleting tokens but the problem has not resolved even with the new meter and the tamper light on the token kit is red
