ONE OF MANY HAMAS-LINKED NGO CLOSES GAZA OFFICE

Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor announced it is shutting down its Gaza office after nearly 15 years.

The group blames Israel.

But the closure comes after growing scrutiny of its alleged Hamas ties, an Israeli government report, and a European terror-financing case tied to its founder’s network.

For years, major media outlets cited Euro-Med as a “human rights” source.

Now the question is simple:
How many Hamas-linked influence operations were laundered into Western media as neutral NGO reporting?

Even the anti-Israel umbrella org FIDH, where Rhali served as one of its vice-presidents, reportedly asked him to step down and stop speaking on its behalf following controversy over posts expressing support for Hezbollah and references to Hassan Nasrallah.

By amplifying a PHM-led campaign to boycott Israel’s medical association, @TheLancet is laundering extremist politics through the language of medicine.

On October 7, 2023, as Hamas was carrying out its massacres in Israel, Rhali posted a photo holding a sign declaring “Permanent and Unconditional Support for the Palestinian Resistance” and the “Battle of the Al Aqsa Flood.”

In 2025, Palestine Action activists broke into a UK airbase and damaged military planes at a critical time for Western security and defense.

This kind of action is straight out of the “Underground Manual” they published, encouraging and giving step-by-step instructions on how people can take illegal actions and evade the law. >>

This case may point to a broader phenomenon. Despite U.S. sanctions and an Israeli terror designation, the Al-Haq network appears to have maintained a European presence through rebranding, organizational restructuring, and overlapping leadership networks. Are other designated organizations doing the same? European regulators, donors, and policymakers should pay closer attention.
