Tracking Nigeria’s overlooked policies and public projects. What was promised, funded and delivered. Independent. Evidence-led. Not an official account.
@NafdacAgency, can Nigeria make every regulated food batch traceable to its producer, quality records and buyers?
I propose a pilot connecting accredited local laboratories, verified batch records and consumer checks.
Here is how it could work—and where the safeguards matter. 🧵
Start with production clusters.
Support modular laboratories and sample collection centres near manufacturers. Complex tests can go to regional reference laboratories.
Choose locations by production volume, risk and demand, with dependable power, equipment and staffing.
Private laboratories could participate under NAFDAC oversight, with ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation covering the specific tests they perform.
Require competent staff, calibrated equipment, proficiency testing and regular reassessment.
Publish each laboratory’s approved scope.
Every batch should have a documented release decision.
NAFDAC should define the required evidence by product risk: relevant tests, manufacturing controls and storage requirements.
A laboratory report addresses the sample and tests performed. It cannot promise absolute safety.
Exactly my point to opposition show us what your principal will do better than the ruling party, rather they always keep majoring in the minor and minoring in the major, show us key projects and infrastructure that will change the growth of the grassroots but NO, it’s always curses
This is one of the reasons Lagos State is ahead of other states in this country. People have been talking about fake products and how they are causing damage and killing people. How many states have responded to this public outcry like this?
He should show us the educational projects or health projects he built as reference, we are more interested in his projects as a governor not the usual go and verify, we agree he wants to improve the lots of Nigerians but let’s start from the projects he implemented as a governor
🇳🇬 GOOD NEWS: TINUBU VOWS TO REVIVE NIGERIA’S 3 NATIONAL REFINERIES
President Bola Tinubu says Nigeria’s dormant refineries in Port Harcourt, Warri and Kaduna will not be abandoned as the country’s private refining capacity grows.
The government says it remains committed to rehabilitating the facilities, with NNPC having signed an MoU with two Chinese firms for their revamp.
The big question now is when Nigerians will see the refineries return to operation. 🛢️🇳🇬
So assuming he wins, immediately he gets in jobs will automatically open up everywhere or what? Did you read what you wrote at all, do you understand what drives job creation is not by winning elections but policies, infrastructure which takes time, anyways tell us one project / jobs he plans to implement to start giving out jobs ???
Ohhh my goodness, you can see the height of wickedness, I can't even imagine how awkward the meeting will be, is it pension that is the national development in Seyi's brain? There are many programs that will improve grassroots, building a community center for each LGA then equipping it with computers and internet where the indigenes can be going to take classes on IT, Trades and other skill acquisition will improve our people's skillset
Nigeria is not cursed , so between 2006 all the way to 2014 before APC came on board wasn’t it PDP that was ruling , didn’t they go back to obtain loans too? Stop hiding behind a finger , rather than ask the current government for more drive on projects, infrastructure that will bring more development to the grassroots , it’s always these petty talks that hold zero water and has no meaningful contribution
The problem is they don’t even have a plan for anything , it’s more like anywhere belle face for them , imagine the shameless fellow saying you won’t pay back a loan if they vote for them, is this how they plan to run Nigeria ? Their principal will probably get loan for projects then the rest will history
Is this the type of government you guys are planning to run? A program meant to relieve the populace of sending their kids to school with additional stipend now has turned to a campaign strategy of don’t worry your loans will be forgiven, please wasn’t your principal a one time governor who increased school fees for students and said education is not meant for the poor?
Why didn’t he come up with a program to help parents back then? Secondly, not even alright America made education free for their citizens but you bunch of clowns are punching empty air with empty promises 😃😃😃
Seven proposed water interventions. Four LGAs. One important distinction: tendering is not delivery.
Follow NGProject Ledger as we track Nigerian projects from procurement and funding through construction to services that communities can actually use.

🇳🇬 Seven communities across four LGAs in Delta State are listed for water-supply rehabilitation under a new procurement notice.
The locations include Jeddo, Oha, Egborode, Ofuoma, Korobe, Egbelemeji and Abbi.
What has actually happened so far? 🧵
Abbi in Ndokwa West LGA completes the seven-community list.
Its solar-powered water scheme is included for rehabilitation.
No contract award, completion certificate or operational performance evidence has been verified from the available notice.
