Traditional Kashmiri society emphasized ethical values rooted in community, restraint, hospitality, and spiritual orientation (often linked to "Adab" Sufi-influenced ethics, and the contested idea of "Kashmiriyat"), which many local observers contrast.

Coffee never knew it could taste so nice and sweet until it met milk and sugar۔
We are good as individuals ,
But we become better when we meet and blend with the right people.

Valuable time and lovable person are very precious in our life.
Once lost ,they never come back.

Expression of Eyes can be ready by everyone..
But..
Depression of heart can be read only by best one.

Remember.

Care for everyone
But..
Don't lose the Best one.

Never change your originality for the sake of others.
Because no one can play your role better than you.

Remember.

There is no class to teach how you should speak.
But the way you speak difinitely decides your class.

Life is short.
Don't take anything for granted.
Everything can change in a moment.
Be grateful for all that you have and all that you are.
Remember
who is most important to you and always cherish them.

Remember.

Behind every strong person is a story that gave them no choice.
Pain builds Strength.
The struggle you are in today is developing the strength you need tomorrow.
So don't give up.

Remember.

The Strongest people carry pain without making noise.

With profound grief and sorrow, I express my heartfelt condolences on the sad demise of Nisar Ali, former Stenographer of the Sales Tax Department. His passing is a great loss to his family, friends, colleagues and all those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Successful people have always two things on their Lips..
SILENCE
&
SMILE,
A smile to solve
problems &
A silence to avoid problums.
Master both and nothing can disturbe your peace.
