@McDonalds super lame that my order was cancelled due to the fact that I arrived for pickup of my PAID McGriddles after 11. And yet I can still order McMuffins. WTH?!
@CareCredit having the worst customer care experience. It has been well over a year and I can still not access my rewards points. I've called and chatted multiple times; been told I'd get contacted back and nothing EVER. Please advise resolution ASAP.
@CareCredit it has been more than six months and still no one has resolved my inability to access my rewards. I’ve already created three new accounts with customer service and been told they’d resolve and get back to me and no one has contacted me ever. Please help immediately.
@aegeanairlines Terrible experience at the gate just now. Attendants selectively chose travelers to weigh and gate check bags. I was targeted and then forced to pay a fee for a bag that would have been free checked.

@aegeanairlines It’s not fair if everyone is not subjected to it. I’m fine being forced to check my safety bag, but I shouldn’t be forced to pay for it if not everyone else was asked to verify their bag and again for a bag that would’ve been free at checkin.
@AlaskaAir That’s unfortunate as they are long time Alaska customers. I’ve flown other airlines who work really great w/ me when issues like this arise. I’ll have to encourage them to fly differently moving fwd.
@AlaskaAir I understand wx issues there, but my parents including my handicapped father are being told they cannot be put up or compensated at all for the delays. Caused a missed connection & have to spend the night in the airport. Is there truly nothing?!
