“When our only movie theatre closed on opening day of the 2023 edition of the festival,” says Executive Director Gorman Bechard, “we should have known it was a bad sign. And having to stretch ourselves so thin between ten venues last year became an impossible task.”

Though Bechard is leaving the film fest world, Director Katherine and Technical Director Tony are planning something new: Lighthouse Lens Film Festival, which will screen both fiction & doc films. Launching in the Summer of 2025. Details can be found here: https://t.co/Z7qaZ2UJI6
