Today's problem with being a twin.. @CooperativeBank's online banking matches my brother to my profile because the first name entered is ignored (I tried "Test" and got my profile). This probably violates financial regulations @TheFCA ?
@NatWest_Help still wondering if I'll ever be able to access my credit card account again. This is becoming very problematic. Had to order some statements as I've lost them and can't access them online, still not received them after 3 weeks.
@NatWest_Help seems credit cards are broken in online banking again. I'm just getting "Sorry, we're having problems loading your transactions right now". Doesn't work on PC either
@NatWest_Help A month later, still can't look at my credit card. I've been told there's no issues with my account and it "should" be there. Card still works and luckily I left paper statements enabled..
Seems @CapitalOneUK don't like disabled people. Used Relay UK to return a call as I'm speech-impaired. They put me on hold, tried calling my mobile number directly.. which I was already in a call with with Relay UK, now my account is locked after I couldn't answer that call
@CapitalOneUK not sure why your website specifically says we can use Relay UK when you clearly don't like it π The first person hung up after the Relay UK explanation
@NatWest_Help Well, at least there's now a notice on online banking "If you have a personal credit card account, your account may not be visible at this time."
But it's not very helpful being unable to look at it.
