NEWS: The President of the ABC (Abantu Batho Congress) says he has taken offence at some ANC leaders saying KwaZulu-Natal people vote along tribal lines and are somehow illiterate.
Philani PG Mavundla has also taken offence at Gwede Mantashe, saying former President Jacob Zuma's lack of formal education, partly contributed to his downfall and poor decision making.
In a statement, Mavundla says for far too long the Zulu nation has hoped that the animosity towards it will be dropped, but ANC leaders are fermenting it through their public utterances. @ScrollaAfrica

NEWS: ABC President Philani PG Mavundla says they have taken a decision not to work with the ANC in any way after the May 29 elections. Mavundla also says that with the current crop of leaders like Bheki Mtolo and Siboniso Duma, the ANC will not get more than 20 percent of the vote in KZN. @ScrollaAfrica

UPDATE: Dr Makhosi Khoza of the ABC (Abantu Batho Congress) says chapter 12 of the South African effectively dethroned all traditional leaders, which most of them are found in KwaZulu-Natal. Khoza is defending her party's call for an independent KwaZulu state. @ScrollaAfrica
