Underoutfit had a brutal sizing problem. Customers asked “will this fit?” and vanished. They plugged the hole with an AI concierge that answered sizing questions and chased abandoned carts.
The result? +8% conversions, +7% higher AOV.
What is the strategy for Tinga? We do not know yet, but currently we are building in stealth, at least what I would like to call "hybrid-stealth". More on that later.

3. Building a story: The success of a startup often relies on good storytelling. What story do we want to tell? When you are early stage, it is hard to tell. By building in stealth we will have time to create, iterate and strengthen our story - our own Hero’s Journey.
