Remembering and honoring one of our own #NorrisTitans this Memorial Day. 1st Lt. Ralph Church was a member of the first graduating class of the newly consolidated Norris School District in 1965. Today, local veterans honored this fallen Titan with a memorial plaque dedication.🇺🇲
