Strenghth & Conditioning program registration & other related information is available at https://t.co/3iWyxCcyMB The program starts on Monday 8/3. All students will need to be registered through the Aspen parent portal & fill out the online permission form found on the website.

The Strength and Conditioning registration is available at https://t.co/DWyDdr0Nun. Students need to be fully registered & have an up to date physical on file before they are allowed to participate. The program will take place in the stadium at NHS and will be outdoors only.
