Medical triage supports the closest hospital regarding his condition. With all the blood loss he was gone before he hit the ground. No level of trauma center would’ve been able to save him. So, the closest hospital is always going to be first. These doctors are not idiots. If they could stabilize him. He would have been transferred for more appropriate care. It’s really not rocket size.
