I had registered to speak at the YCDSB meeting. Along with others, I was told the board had enough information to make their decision, so all deputations were canceled. Trustees voted 6-4 against their committee's recommendation to raise Pride flags at schools. Shame on them.

How are parents sending their kids to #yorkcatholicschools. I would be boycotting all these schools till the pride flag was flying high. These are not safe schools. For students or for staff.
