President Donald Trump commented on Lindsay Clancy's murder trial for the first time Friday afternoon, calling it "a shame" and "a horrible tragedy" after learning about the mistrial.

"It's hard not to follow it, it's on TV," the president said. "I assume there will be another trial."

"Look, she did a horrible, horrible thing, but you'll find out what the price to pay is - mental institution or jail," Trump told reporters. "I guess they're going to go through another trial. It's too bad."

That hole in tower 1, was where my Aunt Betty’s desk was. She went in on her day off just to be a team player before her vacation and never made it out… there were no remains left of my aunt & after almost a month we were finally able to have a memorial Svc for her once she was confirmed deceased w/o remains… … 9/11/2001 was when I developed anxiety & depression so bad I completely failed 11th grade🙏🏾 I cry every September bcuz no matter wat …my aunt dying like that just will never be fair 😔 #RIPAuntBetty 🕊️
