I've never seen a market like this is 2 decades of trading. I was NOT trading at the dot com bubble era so that might explain I've never seen anything like that before.

@BenKizemchuk The VIX has to move first and then the spread folliws. Not the cas right now as VIX is still trending down.

2026: +7.5% as of now ... still ~ + 15% if going for previous years returns

Something changes in the markets last 12 months. It's not normal to see different products being pushed at extreme (parabolic moves) to reverse like they did. I doubt it will be different for semis.

We saw a lot of extremes this year, Gold, Silver, Oil .. they are ended with a sharp reversal lower ... now semis are on fire .. will it be different ?

SPX went up on war hope. I do not see how hope is the way to see things right now. Things look pretty negative.
