Since 4th August 2026, @PolarisBankLtd couldn't reverse a failed transaction of N1,000,000.00 done via @moniepointng POS, this is unprofessional and unacceptable as it is already causing serious distress.

@PolarisBankLtd It’s been 2 WEEKS since a ₦1,000,000 transaction done via @moniepointng POS failed and I’m yet to get a reversal.
No update, no resolution. This is unacceptable.
