@renault_uk @cljones44 @WRDaviesMotors @BBCWatchdog @renault_uk it is your customer support team who said the issue isn’t covered under warranty and the cost is £2800 plus the £257 already paid to diagnose, and they have said that if repair is not agreed today then the hire vehicle will be terminated immediately, £18000 van!

Wow!! Can you believe that a clutch goes and needs completely replacing on a 65 plate Renault Master (still under warranty and 70k miles) and yet to replace this part is ‘not’ covered under warranty??!! £2800!! Shocking service Renault! @renault_uk @WRDaviesMotors @BBCWatchdog
