@Verizon just wanted to ask who is the highest management I can speak with? I’ve been disputing a situation on a debt that I don’t owe, because I never received service from you and was told several times on the phone and in person that it will be removed and still won’t happen!

@Verizon having an embarrassing situation for your company. Was told many times that a situation would be resolved and removed from my credit and now they are going back on their word… disappointing from you Verizon!
