@MarcheseMethods In this graph IQ is estimated, based on the students SAT score, and a break down between verbal and quantitative scores. The correlation between SAT and IQ is not exact so using the graph itself to prove anything about IQ would be flawed. Also this data is from 2011

@BasedMikeLee Page 12 line 22 says that state governments shall make a process, but that process does not guarantee the right to vote upon submission of the attestation. That determination is still at the discretion of the state official. There also isn’t a process for disputing the result.
