Most of our challenges in life can be boiled down to 3 questions:

We LOVE to overcomplicate things. It's almost as if, things are not worth doing, if they're not hard enough. What if the opposite were true? What things are you overcomplicating? ..... What would it look like, if it were easy?

"we are sorry, we are having longer than normal wait times, we appreciate your patience",

and this has been over the last two years...

should they adjust their "normal" wait times?
